The Baseline
The companies whose documents decide what counts as normal. A clause is interesting because it is unlike these — so what is admitted here is a judgement, not a list that fills itself. Nothing a user clicks can add to it.
Sector is recorded and compared on by nothing. It is here so the Baseline can be split by it later without crawling everything again.
